Nikki timney

I have been teaching regular yoga classes since completing my teacher training in Rishikesh, India and am passionate about sharing the multiple benefits that this wonderful practice can have on both our mental and physical health. Over the years I have done additional training in yoga anatomy, yin yoga, and would love to one day go back to India to deepen my knowledge even further.

My playful classes are centred around creating strength and mobility in the body whilst maintaining a deep internal awareness of the breath and how the movements feel. I love combining ancient yogic wisdom with modern scientific developments to help individuals learn more about their minds and bodies, and live in a healthier and more fulfilling way both on and off the mat.
