Our Classes

We offer a variety of yoga styles covering restorative yin to calm the mind and body through to dynamic fitness classes to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. We also offer reformer pilates classes with a focus on stabilising and strengthening the body. All our classes are suitable for all levels.

6pm-7pm: Classic (Dynamic).

7:15pm- 8:15pm- Strength & Conditioning- women only.

Tuesday

6pm-6:50pm: Sculpt (heated).

7pm-7:45pm: Reformer Pilates.

8pm-8:45pm: Muslimah Session.

Wednesday

6:15pm- 7:15pm: Classic.

Thursday

6pm-6:50pm: Sculpt (Heated).

7pm- 7:45pm Reformer Pilates- women only.

7:50pm-8:35pm: Reformer Pilates- women only.

Friday

5:30pm-6:30pm: Nurture.

Saturday

8am-8:45am: Reformer Pilates.

9am-9:45am: Reformer Pilates- Women only.

10am- 11am: Classic Yoga.

Sunday- Studio Closed
