A completely personalised yoga, reformer pilates or strength & conditioning session designed to meet your specific needs and goals. Each session allows for one-on-one attention, custom modifications, adjustments, and tailored sessions to help you achieve your desired outcomes.

private small group sessions

The same as our 1-2-1 sessions as we work towards your goals at your pace. The difference is with our private group sessions you can share the session with friends and family.

Quay Yoga is amazing. Calming and beautiful space with a fantastic teacher. I take 2:1 classes with my partner that are tailored to our needs each time. Yoga at a different level. Highly recommended!
