Step away from the everyday and treat yourself to an afternoon of movement, art, and connection.

We’ll begin with an uplifting 45-minute yoga flow lighthearted, pressure-free and designed to leave you feeling open and energised. As the practice draws to a close, sink into a blissful savasana, complete with gentle hands-on adjustments and a guided meditation to awaken your imagination and unlock your creativity.

Following yoga we’ll transition seamlessly into a calming paint-by-numbers session, creating your own mini masterpiece to take home. Sip on refreshing cocktails or mocktails, savour delicious snacks, and let your creativity unfold in the warm company of your yoga community.

🕷️ Get ready to move, flow, and get spooky at our FAMOUS Detox to Retox yoga class, this time with a haunting Halloween twist! This high-energy, fun-filled celebration is suitable for all levels and designed to help you sweat away the week’s stress before raising a glass (or goblet!) to the spooky season.

We’ll guide you through an upbeat, playful, and experimental yoga flow, detoxing the body with creative postures before swapping the mat for cocktails/mocktails and a night of frightful fun in Gloucester. Think spooky sips, eerie beats, and plenty of laughs with your yoga coven. Costumes are highly encouraged, the more outrageous the better!

Whether you’re here for the yoga, the party, or both, this is the perfect way to celebrate Halloween in true Quay Studio style. Come ready to move, laugh, and toast to the spooky season ahead!
