Our Classes

We offer a variety of yoga styles covering restorative yin to calm the mind and body through to dynamic fitness classes to build strength and cardiovascular fitness. We also offer reformer pilates classes with a focus to stabilise and strengthen the body. All our classes are suitable for all levels but we also offer our “Intro to…” classes for those unsure of where they’d like to begin.

6pm-7pm: Classic (Dynamic).

7:15pm- 8:15pm- Strength & Conditioning- women only.

Tuesday

6pm-6:50pm: Sculpt (heated).

7pm-7:45pm: Reformer Pilates.

7:50pm-8:35pm: Reformer Pilates- women only.

8:40pm-9:25pm- Muslimah Session.

Wednesday

1pm-1:45pm: Reformer Pilates- women only.

6:15pm- 7:15pm: Classic.

Thursday

6pm-6:50pm: Sculpt (Heated).

7pm- 7:45pm Reformer Pilates- women only.

Friday

5:30pm-6:30pm: Nurture.

Saturday

8am-8:45am: Reformer Pilates.

9am-9:45am: Reformer Pilates- Women only.

10am- 11am: Classic Yoga.

1pm-1:45pm: Reformer Pilates.

Class Descriptions

  • 60 minute classes.

    Everything you want from a yoga class. Flow, stretch, strengthen, balance & relax. Suitable for all levels.

  • 60 minute classes.

    Our take on fitness yoga. Strong, dynamic, sweaty. Heated, not hot. Only for the brave.

  • 60 minute classes.

    Restorative & restful. Gentle, slow flow with deep holds. Closing with a deep relaxation with soothing adjustments using our studio scents. Our 75minute sessions include a guided meditation practice.  Suitable for all levels.

  • 45 minute classes.

    Fluid but controlled movement to stabilise and strengthen. Core focussed. Suitable for all levels. Small group classes with 1-2-1 attention guaranteed in every class. 

  • Private group sessions designed to offer Muslim women a space where they can stretch, strengthen & connect. Please reach out to us at team@quayyogatsudio.co.uk if you wish to join these sessions.

  • Our women’s only small group training session. Build power & strength in this coached class whilst learning strength and conditioning techniques you can take with you in any gym environment.
